An earlier explosion at the chemical facility left 12 people missing and at least two people dead. The explosion occurred at a chemical plant in northeast China. In the explosion that occurred on Sunday on the outskirts of Panjin city in Liaoning province, east of Beijing, 34 additional people were hurt.
